Dance Portal

Teacher: Claire Keith

Dance Portal is a form of ecstatic dance, a "move how your body wants to move" practice. It is a way to release and receive, move authentically, and connect with a warm-hearted community. After a brief time settling in and warming up our bodies, we gather for an opening circle, which then leads into the fun and inspiring 70 minute playlist (no dance instruction is given). We end the evening with a closing circle of sharing and reflection, a bit of vocal toning, and then part ways until next time. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a water bottle.
