My favorite way to teach movement is by observing every human who enters the space. How was your day? Where are you holding tension? Are you emotionally exhausted? Craving a physical push? Because of this adaptability, each class effortlessly blends a mix of pilates. mobility, strength, functional movement, catharsis and nervous system regulation. Every time you step into the space we create with each other, my hope is that you leave saying, “that was exactly what I needed today.”
