This gentle, healing practice is designed to bring a deeper sense of peace and stillness to body and mind. It enhances flexibility, boosts the immune system and balances the nervous system.
The use of breath, gentle movement and supported restorative poses allow for the natural flow of life-force energy throughout the body. Blankets, bolsters/cushions and blocks will be used to support proper structure effortlessly, encouraging relaxation, stillness and healing.
